Electromec Maintenance specialises in contracting and maintenance services across a broad range of electrical and mechanical installations.

Standards are of a paramount importance, and all work is carried out in line with current IEE regulations and the Health & Safety At Work Act.

Electromec Maintenance is a member of NICEIC.

Fire Alarms & Emergency Lighting
Supply, install and maintain in accordance with current Health & Safety regulations. NICEIC Certification on completion.
CCTV & Intruder Alarms
Installation and maintenance to suit customer and building requirements
Automated Access & Controls
Installation and maintenance of door entry systems, maglocks, digilocks, intercoms DDA.
Shutters & Gates
Supply, installation, modifications and maintenance of both manual and automated roller shutter doors and gates.
Periodic Inspections & Testing
In accordance with H & S regulations we carry out planned periodic inspections and testing to electrical installations. Certification issued upon completion and remedial works reported upon.
PAT Testing
Annual portable appliance testing. All items identified and entered into Client's log book.
